Ex-Nigerian Player Victor Moses Vows To Be Better In 2019

Former Super Eagles winger Victor Moses is confident this New Year will offer his career a fresh start after finding regular game time hard to come by at English Premier League side Chelsea.

Moses who had a stellar campaign with Chelsea in 2018 playing 38 times for the Blues who lifted the English FA Cup last season has gone from been one of Antonio Conte’s main man in the right wing-back role to almost a forgotten man under Maurizio Sarri.

His future at Chelsea looks very bleak as he has made just two substitute appearances in the EPL, with another two showings off the bench in the Europa League and one start in the Carabao Cup.

He took to Twitter to say:

2018 was a year to remember and now it’s time to make 2019 even better🙏🏿 Happy New Year everyone.

Moses who has been linked with a loan move away from Stamford Bridge will hope to make Chelsea’s English Premier League match day squad for their clash against Southampton today.

It will be the 15th straight game the Nigerian will miss if he is not included in the match day squad for the clash.
