Juve To Part Ways With Coach Massimiliano Allegri At End Of Season

Italian giants Juventus have announced that coach Massimiliano Allegri will leave the club at the end of the season, despite lifting five successive Serie A titles in Turin.
Allegri guided Juve to the domestic double this season, but will not be their coach for the 2019/20 campaign, the club confirmed via its official website.

Juve official statement read:

Massimiliano Allegri will not sit on the Juventus bench in the 2019/20 season.

The coach and the president, Andrea Agnelli, will meet the media together at the press conference, which will be held tomorrow, Saturday 18 May, at 2pm in the conference hall of the Allianz Stadium.

Allegri lifted 11 trophies in five seasons with the Bianconeri, and finished twice as runners-up in the UEFA Champions League. He will still be on the bench for the Bianconeri's remaining two Serie A games of the campaign, against Atalanta and Sampdoria.

No statements have been made by either party as to where Allegri - who has won five Scudetti, four Coppa Italia trophies and two Supercoppa Italiana titles during his time in Turin - will end up next season.
